Step 1: Students log in to the portal at https://portal.huflit.edu.vn
Step 2: Select ” Online procedures ” in the ” Online functions ” menu.
Step 3: Select “ Procedure type ”, the procedure content needs to be confirmed as required.
Step 4: Choose the receiving location ” Su Van Hanh facility ” or ” Hoc Mon facility “.
- Thời gian và địa điểm trả kết quả: Sinh viên xem chi tiết tại phần “Phản hồi” hoặc thông báo sau khi đăng ký thành công.
Step 5: After checking the information, students click ” Register “.
- Students check the request processing results in the “Status” section. ” Processed” requests will be updated in the “Notification” section in the “Personal Page” menu ( See detailed instructions )
Note:
– For students who have exceeded the 3.5-year training period (according to the training program), students who have not registered for the course at the time of requesting the confirmation/certification, please contact the Student Affairs Department directly at Su Van Hanh/Hoc Mon campus for registration instructions.
– Students are requested to seriously complete the registration for “ Online Procedure ”. If the student does not come to receive the results within 30 days from the date the request has been processed , the School will withdraw and deduct the training points in Article 5, Training Scoreboard in the most recent semester where the student training assessment was conducted.
– In case of refusal to process student requests, the Student Affairs Department will respond with the reason for refusal in the “Status” section.
This Notice replaces Notice No. 157/TB-ĐNT, dated November 9, 2023 on registering for “Online Procedures” according to student needs of Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology.
It is recommended that Heads of Departments take measures to remind and notify students to strictly implement this notice.
