Announcement on Updating Off-Campus Residence Information for Students

Pursuant to Decision No. 1083/QD-DNT dated September 6, 2022 on promulgating the Regulations on regular student work of Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages ​​and Information Technology  (in Chapter IV, Article 15. Student management);

Based on the actual situation, in order to ensure information management and support for students during their study and living at school, the School announces the update of student accommodation information  (address information where students are staying in Ho Chi Minh City to serve their studies)  on the Portal account, specifically as follows:

1. Update period:  from the date of announcement to  May 10, 2025 .

2. Update subjects:  students studying at the School.

3. How to update (See attached detailed instructions  ):

  • Step 1:  Students log in to their personal account at the Training Portal ( https://portal.huflit.edu.vn/Login ).
  • Step 2:  Select  “Outpatient Students”  in the  “Online Functions” menu.
  • Step 3:  Select  “Register”  to register student information, fill in all information including:  Province, District, Ward, House number, street name, Homeowner’s full name, Homeowner’s phone number (for students living with family, please enter contact information of Father or Mother)
  • Step 4:  Click  “Save data”  to complete updating information.

Updating information about outpatient students is to support the processing of administrative procedures and general work during the students’ study and training at school, so students are requested to update fully and accurately.

Students can update or correct their outpatient information at any time during the academic year when there is a change in residence (temporary/permanent).

Heads of Departments are requested to inform and remind students to strictly implement this notice.
